good luck sltbs - thats one heck of an incentive.

just got back from major league shiopping trip - and didn't spend a penny of my own money! Loads of fun though - the group bought a table, a fire range, and lots and lots of v cool pottery. SO if anyone happens to visit warwick castle over easter I will show them off to you!

and stayed out of the burger van - had leftover garlic butterbeans mmmmmm. can't remember who recommended mugshots but i'm enjoying one now so thanks for the tip.

Hi all, and thanks for the welcome. I've realised that I'm gonna be a weekly visitor for the next 2-3 months (combination of being on full-time work placement and looming dissertation). So I'll just jump in when I get a bit of time, hope no-one minds:o .

Wow, lots of weight lost by lots of you all though, and nice to see self-esteem so high up there on the poll!

I've gained 2 lbs this week, but it's been a busy one, so trying not to be too hard on myself about it.

I was hoping to join SW, decided to bite the bullet, but had a few hours of work to for my placement on that night, so will try next week. Joys of being a mature student, I guess. All those hours drinking coffee are fun tho;)

Nearly forgot to say 'well done MOT', I followed your other thread, and instead of taking a well deserved rest after all you've been through, you're on here, still working hard, and giving inspiration to people.
    Anytime;)

    Hi A,

Have a few lovely cakey recipes from WW's for you, one is a particularly scrummy looking rich chocolate mousse cake which would be fabulous with raspberries    will call you tomorrow xx
