lol at delly with the 1/4 irish thing - that gets on my wick too. at warwick caslte last year an american lady excitedly gathered the family together in front of the early medieval keep . . 'kids! kids" c'mere take a look at this. THIS . . . . .. is pre 1940!'

I had to be patted on the back quite a lot to get me over the choking fit i was having.

oh is out tonight and was completely unable to resist the urge to stuff myself - but fortunately, it being a green day I have eaten vast amounts of cous cous. Posted a new recipe on te thread - Claireablee, you'll probably like it, it's got butterbeans in it!

That water thing - 4l!?!?!?!?!? thats an awful lot of water. I'm managing 1.5l which still has me running to the loo every five minutes - i'd probably drown myself if i drank 3 litres.

Nah me neither. Max I can do is 2 litres. Thank goodness for a downstairs loo thats all I can say.

After a gain of 1/2lb last weigh in I am gonna see if the extra water does help.

    DRINK TO SHRINK!!!

Im not at all convinced drinking more makes ANY difference. I know Icemoose is a champion of encouraging it on Minimins but unless youre perhaps doing a VLCD I dont believe theres any evidence it works.

We did an experiment on the WW forum on Minis and all significantly increased our drink intake, it made not a bit of difference to any of us.

I drink on average 3litres a day (albeit as sugar free squash) plus tea & coffee and it hasnt done a thing for my weight loss at all.
