I like to eat one with soya milk and a sliced banana on top but if they are not a healthy extra I will give them up..
Okey dokes Pooh....DON'T GIVE UP YOUR OATIBIX
You said above that you like them!!
Not sure about the SW take on them but it is a healthy breakfast and if its something you like and are used to doing you why deny yourself!?!?
I'd count it as a healthy extra :-p

Hi Guys
Well I've STS this week, so my damage limitation effort following last weekends disaster (also known as stuffing my face) has probably worked.
I have to say that I do 'feel' thinner though:rotfl: .
Sorry, whoever is doing the chart, I don't seem to be able to type in red on the computer at work.
Will catch-up on posts tonight, but good luck to those still to step on the scales.

Checked the scales, and they were right, I have somehow managed a 5 lb loss :j I was obviously better than I thought, although my weight does go up and down so perhaps I was just having an 'up' day when I weighed myself last week. It has made be extra good today though, been walking, and not eaten anything sweet yet
:A Got to go to bed early tonight too (up at 5 and I don't do early mornings ) so hopefully I wont have that late night urge for biscuits!! Gonna make sure I prepare something at tea time for lunch tomorrow aswell.

Hello all, just popping in to catch up. Sorry some peeps are struggling a bit at the moment, it is always so difficult when not feeling 100%, especially when things around the house still need to be done
Hope things pick up very soon.
Congrats on losses and STSs, and everyone else take those gains in your stride, please don't let them get you down!
Welcome LoosR and any other newbies I might have missed over the last couple of pagesHope we can help get you back on track with the motivation, you've been doing great so far, and a gain isn't the end of the world.
I've just had an ice cream from the ice cream man for the first time since I was a kid!!! Partly I wanted to look at prices so that my son can't trick me anymore, and partly I was missing the lovely soft ice cream I had a few times at Dairy Queen in America & Canada... but not quite the same here. Oh well0 -
