Hi Peeps...Not had a chance to post until now, but I've been following you all and there are some lovely losses this week, any gains will be losses next week :D ...

...Hi Tagz DonnaP and LoosR welcomegroupoe6.gifGood luck to you all and make sure you stay with us for maximum inspiration :j ...

...kpc Good to read a bit of smut :rotfl: it brightens my day, but I was halted in my tracks when I read of your mention of Katherine Swynford! Like you I find her a fascinating character and years ago I read so much about her; it brought back fond memories :D small world! Thanks...

...Suggs I hope that you're successful with the marathon ballot, I think you're brilliant for even thinking about it :j and like Ajax, I bet you never thought that you'd ever consider it  ...

...I know that a lot of you deserve a mention, but I'm not ignoring you, you've gone on at such a pace it'd be stale now :o ...

...Keep it up Beanie :j ...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Reporting a holiday gain of 3.5 lb please Delly.

Not the largest ever holiday gain, but follows on from some pre-holiday post-birthday gains so actually 5lb more than my lowest so far. Granny WILL try harder. I'll get back to recording everything on foodfocus ..... tomorrow.

Congratulations to : Lexilex sotw for the losers with an amazing 5lbs off. This also means that you've acheived this month's challenge target.

Well Done also to Mr. Suggs - this week's sotw for the maintainers and the chart as a whole. well done SIR -

Well done everyone who's posted a loss or maintain this week.

There's 2 more weeks left to this challenge - plenty of time for most if not all of us who are lagging behind to catch up. Good luck for the week ahead everyone.

shockedsmileyzn3.gifAll I can say to that is I bet you enjoyed yourself!!

Well the first day of my new rules seems to have gone well. Today I have eaten ...
B ~ Toast (Wholemeal bread, marg)
L ~ Tuna salad (no mayo) & Pear
    Snack ~ Pear
    D ~ Chicken breast & salad.

The small dinner plate & eating slower seems to have worked. I couldn't finish my chicken breast, and have chopped it up to have with a salad for tomorrows lunch!!
I didn't sit at the table however, mainly because having been to the gym & taken poochy for a walk I didn't get to start dinner til 20:40. By the time it was done 'The Apprentice' was on!! :o
I did try to focus on the food going in my mouth, rather than blanking out infront of the screen, so far it seems to have gone ok.
I will probably have a piece of fruit later on
(which will mean I've reached my 5 a day), and I'm enjoying a glass of wine at the moment. And it will stop at just one glass!! :D
