    Morning all!

Missyg - I know what you mean about school hols! Three of my four are off this week and we had a birthday at the weekend too, so lots of goodies/baddies. Actually it's not fair as my other one was off for her hols a week ago so for a total of four weeks I'll have had kids home! GRRRRRR Love having them around but not buying them stuff is very difficult! They don't need to lose weight and they burn it off quickly anyway.

Wendy - Have lived in London all my life but only get to see the sights when I go on school trips!

Victory - Well done! I'm hoping I will follow in your footsteps.

Is the general rule to post our loss/gain on a set day each week?
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

tagz and missyg I go all over site seeing ,but this summer I really must re-discover Lincoln , as well as the cathedral we have a lovely castle where there are concerts on everything from abba to classical, there's the legend of the Lincoln Imp who is hidden in the angel choir in the cathredral and our famous steep hill leading to it with many quaint shops .you've really got me going now can't wait to go and have a look round lol

Forget the not blowing your own trumpet stuff Vic, what an amazing achievement and one to be rightly proud of! :T:T BTW, how did the beanburgers you were trying from the GC turn out? - thought I might give them a go.

BB, I love the idea of the cards, sounds like a lot of fun, especially the 'scrabble sub-section' :rotfl:

I am feeling really good today and that's down to exercise and friends, two things that have been lacking in my life :j I have a 'plan' which I might share with you all in time, just want to see how it goes first.

Have a fab day everyone and good luck with the WIs xx

bails the kids loved the bean burgers, I never ate them, OH was away at the time thought the kids would rebel but they loved them:D the biscuits with the oats I could not bake them fast enough, my kids brought round other kids and before you know it I was cooking another batch:rotfl: today it is bread and butter pudding which also I won't eat, any baking diabetic wise I never eat and also weight wise but it is the school hols and so far have made fairy cakes times 2 lots, those biscuits time 3 lots, coffee and walnut cake for OH, bread and butter pudding and banana pancakes from www.lovefoodhatewaste.com to make sure the bananas did not go in the bin:D

My little one fav is banana cake, my OH coffee and walnut and the eldest is fairy cakes or any almond/coconut ones so each person gets their turn:D

24 items on ebay, 16 unsold (again!!) 8 sold, three of them for the 99p start bid!! total made £11.24p wow wee!!

I have had 3 not one or 2 but 3!! diabetic hypos today, one at 2am one before lunch and one half hour ago, I feel as if frank bruno has been round to batter me!!

    Afternoon All

Just back from another meeting, seems I caused a storm with my entry into the marathron, Lets be realistic though, the chances of me getting selected are not brilliant, but I did say I will give it go. MrsSuggs is now doing the race for life and even if not selected there are a couple of 5 or 10K events I might have a go at.

For the newbies that may not know me too well, I only started jogging in the gym at the New Year, though I have been going to the gym for two years now, having lost my 173lb, I just wanted to show, that things can be done, I had mentioned before I would do the sport relief 6 miler or the so and so 5K, but things seem to get in the way. This time, there is plenty of time to plan, train, motivate and hopefully enjoy. :)

Oddly with my first rugby match in 4 weeks last week, my weight is climbing again, like it used to do. Im trying not to panic as this is what it does after rugby, still only one match to go. My ribs thankfully are fine, only a couple nights disturbed sleep :)

Well done Victory, nice loss there, thought you were a maintainer like me ;) Big well done on your loss also Marion :)

I do like the index card idea BB, very clever too :)Efrieze have a great Holiday. Missy, just what is left in your house, you seem to have flogged everything? :D I was amazed at how well my clothes sold, but cant see much else to sell. 5XL Ski Jacket and Salopettes anyone?? Tagz, good to see you and WendyW getting involved, the more the merrier and beleive me it seems to motivate you a little more. Careful Bails will say this only the once, she has a cunning plan?? and if we are good see might tell us all :) personally I think its a 24hr marathron scrabble session, but thats just me ;)

Right I best check the emails and head for a shower!
