Gained 1lb this week :o First gain on weigh in since started but i do feel ahem.... a little blocked.....:rotfl:

So gonna half blame it on that, half blame it on my crappy week at work so have had a few treats to cheer myself up this week.

But i am seriously going to crack down this week as only 7 weeks until my holiday now (although do have a works night out Thursday to an italian!)

Going to have a veggie week and get up and do my workout dvd every day .... well try at least on that one. ;)

lil up to 10lb can be gained for TOTM, my average used to be around 4lb and lost it straight away when 1st day appeared, so don't worry too much, it will all go and more by next week:D

........oooh, just like Marlon Brando. Thanks, I quite fancy that.

Can only partially agree with Victory about dark chocolate. It IS fantastic but two squares aint enough :)
MrsA bought me a 2 blocks of Lindt Excellence for Easter - a mint flavour and a 70% cocoa. I'm ashamed with how little time they lasted. Admittedly I did have a four-legged helper (I know about dogs and chocolate but it really seems to do him no harm), but it really should have lasted longer.
