They list the providers such as VoIPStunt who do offer free calls to the UK.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

Provider along the top, X in the country that offers free calls.

https://www.voipdiscount.com seems to have the most countries free and has 120 freedays per top-up.

VoIPCheap.co.uk no longer has free UK.

VoIPCheap.com has free to UK (only 90 days freedays).

I use VoIPStunt.com and voipdiscount.com both free calls to UK and 120 days free.

You have the provider names at the top and the countries on the left, look for UK, look along the list and the column with the X in, is the provider that offers free calls to that country, don't worry about the country name at the top under the provider name.

Though below, I have simply looked at the list posted and spent a couple of minutes typing it up for you.

    Provider:
    Voipbuster [NO]
    Voipcheap.uk [NO]
    Netappel [YES]
    Voipstunt [YES]
    Sparvoip [NO]
    Sipdiscount [NO]
    Internetcalls [YES]
    VoipDiscount [YES]
    poivy [YES]
    Voipcheap.com [YES]
    Free [YES]
    Wengo [YES]

I even bought a VoIP phone for it but it needs a 16V AC power supply that I can't find anywhere or even make using 2 power supplies.

It might work if you use a 12 volt AC power supply or some other similar 'specified' voltage. Measure the ACTUAL (real) output using a cheap volt meter. A realtively cheap "12 volt" power supply will seldom supply exactly 12 volts. Sometimes they are 'miles out' and often higher, like approachig 16 volts e.g. on a cheap power supply from Argos, Maplin or somewhere. Be sure it's AC though if that's definitely what the device needs. I wouldn't wire up two power supplies in series. I'm not sure it would work or be safe.

Furthermore, your VoIP phone may not even need 16 volts to spring to life. 12 or 13 volts may be sufficient. Lower votages are unlikely to do any harm. I'd be more wary of a voltage above, say, 18 volts though.

    I hope this helps.

    George
