Has anyone Used prepaymania.co.uk before? Are They Legit?

I have used prepaymania.co.uk recently. My order was dealt with very promptly. The phone ordered arrived very quickly. There are a few reviews and so far they seem all positive. Order via Google checkout and you will be protected.

:jMy new mobile phone arrived today from prepaymania.co.uk & I am totally over the moon with it. I found their web-site on a Google search, checked out their prices & alarm bells were ringing...how could they be cheaper than Orange themselves???? So I emailed them at first asking what the deal was. I got a reply about 12 hours later explaining all the phones were new & not seconds or refurbished & that all the usual boomph would be in the box.
Not satisfied - I rang them. An answer phone kicked in so I dubiously left as msg & THEY ACTUALLY RANG ME BACK! AMAZING! A very helpful lass confirmed everything that I had asked in my email. I took the plunge - knowing that if I were to get stung at least if I paid with Paypal I had a chance of getting my money back.
I ordered my new mobile phone yesterday & I passed out at my door when it arrived by courier (FREE btw) today. Not even 24 hours later. It works, it seems brand new. The simcard on Orange is all set up & ready to go with credit on it & everything!!
My mother is not to hot on setting up phones etc so this would be ideal for her as they do all the techno bits! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE COULD USE PREPAYMANIA & NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Used this website two weeks ago to get a cheap orange phone to become magic number for a friend. No problems, phone arrived quickly.

Used them a couple of months ago to buy a cheap basic phone for my mum. Was sceptical about being able to get a phone for £10 (motorola F3) but decided to give it a go for the price.

Delivered within a couple of days and already set up, had an email notifying me of dispatch too. Couldn't fault them at all and got a free sim card backup machine too.

AVOID THIS SELLER, HAD NOTHING BUT PROBS. 1ST PHONE SENT WRONG MODEL, NO REPLY WHEN I RANG TO ASK THEM WHAT TO DO (ANSWER-PHONE ONLY) SO COST £6.40 TO SEND BACK TO THEM. SENT RIGHT PHONE BUT MINUS HEADSET. HEADSET SENT BUT NO REFUND ON P & P TO DATE 6 WEEKS LATER. cOPY OF p & P SENT BUT THEY CLAIM CANT FIND, AND EACH E-MAIL IS MET WITH RESPONSE THAT THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT? OK IF YOU GET RIGHT PHONE 1ST TIME BUT ANY PROBLEMS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

I received a dispatch confirmation email this afternoon (approximately 72 hours after the order was placed).

Their web site does say :

"PLEASE NOTE: For PayPal paid orders if the address is unconfirmed your order will be held for 3 working days for your online protection againt fraud."

I thought it would be dispatched same day as it was a verified account instant Paypal transaction but at least it's on its way.

I received the phone on Monday (22nd). Box had been opened but had a "security checked by supplier" seal. Phone was brand spanking new as expected but had the sim card inserted ready to go, hence the opened box. Since Monday I've transferred contacts, pictures, video and music to the phone and tested it and it works exactly as expected.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Prepaymania. The phone was received in 4 working days and was the cheapest on the net and I found a £5 discount code on the net which worked also. I’d use them again in the future.
