I tried to speak with him but got a SA instead who said that the new codes were in fact the same as the ones I have been sent!
Could someone please clarify that the replacement trousers are in fact the different £19.50 ones!

I have just this minute received the replacement trousers. They are priced at £19.50 each and are MUCH better quality than the cheap ones they sent before.

Went into M&S today and looked at the £9.50 trousers and compared to the £19.50 ones that are the crease resistant ones... as above, they are better material but still not to my liking.

When I ring them and say i've been sent the wrong ones, do I then need to say that the price has doubled on the correct Crease Resistant trousers since I ordered so can't just re-order or what?

Yes, that's what did. It was them who actually pointed out that the price of the ones I wanted are £19.50, so I just said that they were originally showing as £9.50 with £10 off if you buy 2. She took my word for it, but I guess maybe I was lucky. I think it greatly depends on who you get when you phone up. I spoke to a lady called Annice Gibson if that helps. I have an email from her saying that she had re-ordered the correct trousers.

Yeah, they came this morning- they're nicer than the cheap ones. The email confirmation showed the full price but I was only charged the 'glitch' price.
