Had an email yesterday notifying of despatch, and the trousers arrived via ordinary postie on his bike this morning.
They are described as 100% polyester on the website, so I knew the kind of material they'd be - not the most expensive type. That said, I think for general purpose work or knock-about-the-house, summer trousers at that price they are still a bargain.
Now - should I complain that they don't say the belt in the picture isn't included and ask for a couple? Hmmm. Sleeping dogs....

Does anyone else's trousers have £9.50 on the label? Mine arrived this morning and are labelled this price and described as 'machine washable flat front'. I think they are sending us the wrong ones (ie. cheaper ones)- I'm going to ring them about it and see what they say.0

You have a valid point, as the ones we ordered were advertised as 'crease resistant' which i don't think these are

Right, get this! I've just been on the phone to them to say they sent the wrong trousers (Grommit...lol). They said the ones I originally wanted were out of stock so I was sent a replacement. She then said that to compensate for my trouble she would give me a refund on the trousers, but I could still keep them!!Does anyone else's trousers have £9.50 on the label? I looked on the website (while I was talking to her) and saw that the £19.50 trousers ARE actually in stock, and I told her this. She then said she would re-order them for me, and only charge me what I was originally charged for the other ones (£11)!!
So I've got 4 pairs of trousers for £11- so I'd definitely recommend phoning them when you receive your order.0 -

Weren't these advertised as £9.50 when we purchased them? So why would having a £9.50 label on them be a problem?
I am ready to be dissappointed when I get home and see how rubbish they are...

Mine arrived today and the are rubbish quality. Just rang them up and was told this was what I had ordered, however on my order invoice it says "flat front crease resistant" and these trousers just say "flat front". When I explained this I was told that the flat front crease resistant trousers were out of stock. I was offered a refund if I returned them! The problem is it doesn't say on the order invoice the order code of the product so you are unable to confirm either way whether you have received the right thing. You have to rely on them telling you that's what you ordered.0

Thanks, I might try ringing again. I think they are going to get lots of calls about this. I could just take them in and exchange them for 1 pair of the better quality ones!0

Thank you for pointing this out Harry, I had'nt realised they had sent the wrong ones until your post. I have just telephoned them up and they refunded my original order and made another order for the crease resistant ones that cost £19.50 each, my oder now comes to £11.50 so I have saved another £1. They tried all ways with various excuses such as 'out of stock', ' You must be mistaken the crease resistant ones are £19.50 each , how much was your original order Sir', before they relented. Anyone who rings up just hold your ground, be persistant and insist that they honour your original order, for the flat front crease resistant ones and your wish will be granted.0 -
half an hour later the best i got was a £15 discount on any future orders placed
i was told to ring tomorrow between 9 and 4 as thats when there'd be a manager who could authorise a big enough discount to cover the difference
they tried the usual out of stock, and the ones on the screen are not what you wanted/ordered0
