OP, thank you SO much!!!
I have been looking for some work trousers for ages so I can throw my skanky old ones away. The GF keeps moaning how bad they are but i'm too tight to pay out for new ones... just got 4 pairs of these beauties @ £4.50 and delivered free.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Found it in the end thanks....
When I rang up, just started off with "would like to order but the offer on the website isn't working....(didn't say a word more)"
And she said "oh, is it for trousers?!?!"

for anyone who forgot about the free delivery its worth ringing them back about it.
i just did and had it taken off without any fuss.0 -
Did everyone who ordered on the phone get an e-mail confirmation?
And did that confirmation quote the full prices without the discount?
I ordered 4 pairs over the phone and she confirmed it would be £18 but the e-mail still says £38....0 -
My email confirmation showed the full price, but the lady assured me that she took the discount off- she actually wanted me to stay on the phone while she did it to make sure she didn't forget!0

My confirmation email was full price, but logging in to my account on M&S and it shows the amended price.
Apparantly the only way they can amend the price is placing the order 1st and then going back in to make the adjustment.
Our payment cards only get charged the amended price.

Yes me too - my email stated the full price but when I logged into M&S website it stated that each pair of trousers was 4.50

I assume its too early yet for people to have had their trousers delivered.
Just that I had something similar to this at xmas time, then after a few days when I hadnt got the dispatch email, I phoned Marks and they said that they were no longer in stock, and due to high demand they couldnt update the website quick enough.
Hope you all get your bargains.xxxxx0 -
