if you look at other trousers in this deal you can see them marked up at £19.50 like the CS alleged these should be.

On the site only showing charcoal available. Has anyone managed to get another colour by ordering via customer services after 11:00 am today?

P.S just wanted to add I need black for school trousers, not allowed charcoal or navy and at 11:00 am only charcoal left!

I ordered black about just over an hour a go.

You can go into the store and exchange for a different colour / size once you have them anyway!

Hi there I can assure you that you will get a failed payment email, this will def no go through. Something to do with visa electron takes money immediatley, while M&S don't go to collect until despatch, hence they don't accept this as a paymetn method, sorry hope this makes sense.

Received the trousers this morning which are labelled at £9.50. I don't therefore understand how they have now priced them at £19.50 on their website.

Subsequently they shall be going back as the material, cut, look etc is absolutely awful!

I think they will be getting a few returns!!

Mine still say "dispatching soon" on the website. Did yours say "dispatched" or did they e-mail to let you know that they had gone out?

Also Joey, who delivered yours? Was it Royal Mail or someone else?

I received an e-mail advising of despatch & they arrived via Royal Snail the following day.
