Yes, I ordered 4 pairs online, used 15% discount and free delivery as over £30, then rang to say order gone through but discount not applied. 4 pairs £16.50. Great! Thanks OP

Oops made a mistake £16.15, not £16.50. Order has been amended online too, just checked in 'my account' on M&S website. Used quidco too for extra 6%!

Am i a bit slow and missing something here? Everyone else is saying the trousers are £9.50 yet this post says £3.07. Can you clarify please.

Just got 4 pairs for £15.30 delivered.

I ordered 4 pairs for £38 with free delivery and a 15% code bringing it to £32.30.

Phoned up, the guy reduced £20, making it £18 + 15% code £15.30 and he reapplied the free delivery.

I have absolutely no idea how they worked this out. I would have expected them to show 2 @ £9.50 plus the delivery charge, then apply the 15% discount, then knock off the tenner. But that would have cost me £9.13 so I'm not complaining.

Only says it on the picture. That's the point. You have to ring them and tell them it's on the picture but not coming off in the basket.
