Lets see if i can easily explain this.....
The link should take you to a choice of trousers, we are looking at the flat front crease resistant trousers at £9.50 a pair, though states "Buy 2 save £10".
The discount doesn't apply when purchasing online, and obviously should be advertised as such.
But i phoned the orderline on 0845 609 0200 and said i couldn't get the offer to apply.
I had to direct the CS agent to where i saw the promotion - which was by selecting trousers & jeans, then choose 38in, then filter price low-high.
She saw it instantly and said she would amend the price on my order for me, though i have to pay the £3.50 p&p. So 2 pairs delivered for £12.50 'aint bad.
Although i've checked my order online and she's priced 1 pair at £8.50 and the other at £0.00 + £3.50 p&p so i only pay £12 - but that's because she couldn't add up lol.

Anyway - hope you got the jest of that,

Brilliant thanks for that.:T Just phoned for 2 pairs for other half. But it was hard work to persuade her to honour it. Probably put a fiver on the phone bill. ps the call centre is in Forres just along the road from me in north Scotland.:T

Glad you get there in the end.
As with all 'contact centres' it always depends upon who you speak to. As for me, the lady i spoke to was very quick to find and honour it.
I don't think this will be around for long, as i'm sure they'll catch on soon.

BTW - That order number they give you...isn't that long.

It's been reported that the promotion is correct, but the price should be £19.50 a pair, not £9.50 a pair.
If this is correct then we have a great bargain, though it will probably be amended on the website very quickly.

I have just spoke to a lovely little lady called Lesley and got two pairs for Dad. She did mention that she had recieved loads of calls but it was no problem as she can amend prices at the end of calls to issue any discount that the website will not allow.

I was charged £12.50....What a bargain.. :beer:What a a bargain. :beer:

I have just placed my order using a geographycal tel number : 01925 672317 which I got from "saynoto0870.com" as I can use my free inclusive minutes for this call rather than paying for the "0845" number.
