Glitch on Mens Trousers. 2 pairs for £12.50 delivered @ Marks and Spencer..EXPIRED

I`ve just put another order through for 2 more pairs, plus trousers and a top for me, price should have been £37 but i used the 15% off code plus free delivery let it all go through and the £10 off did`nt go off, so i rang them. The very nice lady took it off, so i`ve got the whole lot for £18. Hows that for a bargain?

It was a bit long winded as the CS girl I rang couldnt see it on the system - and then she did! LOL she firstly tried to fob me off with buy one get one 1/2 price and I stood my ground and definately said I saw it for buy 2 pairs of 9.50 trousers and save £10. I placed the order on the phone and she ammended it after it didnt come off!

6 pairs of trousers for £27 delivered! (she wouldnt forget the deli charge!!)

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers with the 15% off code, rang CS who knew about it without having to look it up and the guy knocked the £10 off. Had to haggle because he wanted to do buy 1 pair get 1 pair free (which is only £9.50 off!) and he forgot to apply the 15% off code.

No arguments though and I ended up with 2 pairs of trousers for £8.07 delivered. Brilliant! Thanks to all contributors.

I've just ordered 2 pairs and spoke to a guy on CS he told me to place the order online and while I was on the phone he amended it so it is showing £12.50! Great spot OP thanks so much
