I'm having a problem with o2 and wondered if anyone could offer some advice.
I upgraded with o2 on Wednesday after almost leaving them but just not bothering as i was happy with the contract i was being offered.
I upgraded to the Samsung D600 for £69.99 and it came with a free bluetooth headset. When i received my phone yesterday the bluetooth was nowhere to be seen. I phoned them today and they said that the samsung D600 didnt come with a bluetooth headset. I argued that i was told when i ordered that it did and that on the o2 website it said that it came with a bluetooth headset. I was told that the offers on the website are for new customers only and that there is no notes on the system to say i was offered a bluetooth headset so tough luck i won't be getting one. It's pretty harsh, any ideas where i can go from here?0 -

Not sure if you can argue with them as they will come back with crap. I do know though that if you aren't happy you can cancel within 14 days. If you are happy with the tariff you could stay with them but if the bluetooth headset was part of what swayed it for you then I'd leave. I can't stand being lied to personally so I'd consider leaving them just based on that.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Yep i thought about cancelling but i must admit i am happy with the tariff i'm on. I'm like you and just hate the fact that i've been lied to. I'll have to give cancelling some thought.0 -

They did the same thing to me last year. They promised to match an o2 online deal with included a free bluetooth headset but my k750i arrived without a headset.
In the end i told them i would cancel and take the o2 online contract at which point they agreed to send me the bluetooth headset (which is still in its box!!)0 -
