last year i had 2 O2 phones on the 02 200 calling plan,, we dont usually exceed our limits on thos but having read this thought iwould call 02 see that they could do

just been offered 02 500 with 500 mins with 200 msgs for £20 a month with a £100 credit if we dont renew ours phone

i didnt have to push too hard for that, do u think there is any mileage in pushing a bit harder or is that the best i can expect

thanks for this thread its saving everyone a fortune

    Ok having another bad day

Is anyone here on their select membership? As they keep telling me i cannot have the same deals as 02 instore or Online (but i started my contract instore) Now they offered me

500mins/500texts £33.50!!! When other people are getting it for £20 and the phone is still £129.99 Requested my pac code and on it's way. Been a customer for 5 years now and always been very good.

    OSPS can offer
    N80 Free
    5 Months half price
    400 texts
    600 mins
    3 months free insurance
    £5 free video calls
    £45p/m (but 5 months free)

Losing the plot here i think.

I don't get your question, he hasn't rang me back yet, I don't expect him to, do they normally? and I haven't and won't ring back until the two days are up or the pac arrives on principle, If they want to play hardball.

any one else any experience of getting pacs from 02? I don't want to leave but I will if I have to, if i ring again when I have my pac will they offer me a better deal to stop me leaving or is my negotiateing power gone once I have the pac?

is it common for 02 to ring you up with a deal after you request your pac?

    Cheers

Usually if they give you a PAC it means they've given up trying to keep you or simply don't want to (latter if they made no attempt to get you to stay). They might or might not ring you up with another deal, but it's better to let them call you than to call them, as calling them means you have intention to keep with O2 and they can get away with offering you less.
