I don't get your question, he hasn't rang me back yet, I don't expect him to, do they normally? and I haven't and won't ring back until the two days are up or the pac arrives on principle, If they want to play hardball.
any one else any experience of getting pacs from 02? I don't want to leave but I will if I have to, if i ring again when I have my pac will they offer me a better deal to stop me leaving or is my negotiateing power gone once I have the pac?
is it common for 02 to ring you up with a deal after you request your pac?
Cheers0 -
Sorry my question was like yours but you put it better lol.
I dont think they will move on the £129.99 price but told me i could go into a 02 shop and get it for £50. Werid!0 -
Usually if they give you a PAC it means they've given up trying to keep you or simply don't want to (latter if they made no attempt to get you to stay). They might or might not ring you up with another deal, but it's better to let them call you than to call them, as calling them means you have intention to keep with O2 and they can get away with offering you less.0
