So when is o2 going to be offering long weekends to online customers? Are there better online tariffs to come or would I be better leaving...
Have been with 02 for 4 years haven’t upgraded in 2years but have 750 talks and text for £25 as complaint to upstairs. Usually spend extra and long weekend would help.. Average bill is £65-£115 a month.
Also is it only store customers that are paying over the odds that get o2select???0 -
Long Weekends is only available to customers signing upto tariffs instore or through direct channels, Online tariffs are unfortunately not applicable to have this service added.
I don't know of any new Online tariffs in the pipeline, but they never tell us until the last minute usually anyway!!
I'm unsure about O2 Select, i'll look into it for you.CPW Retail
