They are the " worst " provider, according to customer complaints at ISP Review, they get more than all other ISP's put together, not sure why anyone in their right mind would use them, a bit of quick research soon shows them up as the worst provider in the UK.
The mind boggles.. :rolleyes:0 -
im interested in signing up to the new tiscali tv phone and bb for 24.99 a month.
im currently with sky aol and your calls.net, but sky bb isnt avaliable in my area.
so this package could save me about £25 a month.
is this deal as good as it sounds??????0 -
No, keep your line rental with BT.That gum you like is coming back in style.0

stay away from them0

To be perfectly honest they are fine if you have a problem. if yo do their customer service is appalling> The call centre is in India, they keep telling you to try the same thing and won`t budge from their script. There is never a manager you can speak to and even emailing them didn`t work. I was without internet access for 3 weeks and had to resort to dial up.0

I joined end of Dec, still awaiting for my free wireless router... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, call centre in India... takes them 20mins before they answer & still unable to get resolved... Really wish I'd stayed with BT. Or at least chosen a different provider0

I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY 'FREE' ROUTER... I have e-mailed & e-mailed & rang & rang... but get nowhere... I am tempted to report them to Trading Standards & Watchdog... Appalling service! Will update as & when...0

I am with them and think they are fab. I only ever seem to get through to a call center in Liverpool for some reason but on the rare occasion I have got through to India they have been fab too (supervisor gave me a month free for BTs screw up
) Their forum team online is good as well.
I'm still waiting for my TV to come through but my line and internet has been absolutly fine since I upgraded.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -
  I am with them but have only ever got through to india, and they are lovely and polite but useless at sorting technical probs.I am too lazy to move at the mo tho:rolleyes: "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"
