Yes, no need to blanch at all. We're still eating last years home grown green beans. The grow very very well
Just top and tail and slice into pieces.
The just bag them up until the bag is full, just like a bag full you get from the supermarket. Then take out however many you want, just as you would from a bag of supermarket frozen veg.0 -

I am thinking of buying a joint of beef not sure what type of joint is suitable! I want to cook it then slice it into meal size portions and then freeze them.
