Can I freeze mashed potato and roast parsnips please? There are some left over from Sunday roast and I dont want to waste them.0
-
Yep
When defrosting the mash - do it in the microwave. Some water will come out of it though... you can either pour it off, or mash it back in depending on how you like your mash.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Can I freeze roast chicken?
Got some over from the roast but won't be home to use it up in another meal/sandwiches over the next couple of days. It's a whole leg and lots of breast so don't want to waste it!0 -

Yep, no problem but wrap them well and separately so its easier to use then when you need them.I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony:j

Anyone ever frozen creme caramel (without the crunchy topping)? I got bought a blowtorch to make some, as the OH really likes it, but the recipes seem to make more servings than we need - there are only 2 of us in the house! Is it possible to freeze it at some stage, or will it go funny?Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0
