They have a shop in Romford Essex(maybe else where) and a web site, I think the just deal with T mobile contracts.
But like I said they get very bad reviews if things go wrong, but I've had no trouble.

I called to get my PAC, as my 24 month deal ends at the end of this month.

The the best I was offered was S3 LTE with a £69 up front cost, and £26 a month.

I asked about the S3 (non-LTE), they said the deal would be the same price.

    Bye bye T-mobile.

I already have an S3 and will taking it across to 3.

If you already have an s3 why not ask t-mobile for a sim only retentions deal? I have one and I pay just £5.50 a month.

You make a good point. My current S3 although working is very battered and damaged. I have had a lot of issues with T-mobile regarding data. I'm on an old Truly unlimited package (that was pulled after falling foul of the ASA), that customer services don't seem to know anything about when I call and complain about my data being cut off because I've gone over my fair usage policy. My plan doesn't have a FUP. Took many emails to head office, but it still continues.

I thought I'd give them a try anyway to see if they came back with a too good to be true offer. It was worth a shot ;-)

My contract is due with T Mobile, they offered me:

    Samasung Galaxy S3
1,000 minutes (I'd be happy with 600 mins)
Unlimted Texts (I'd be happy with 500 texts)
Unlimted Data (I'd be happy with 500mb)

£19.50 per month for 24 months
    £49.99 Upfront, handset cost

I said that I can get a deal for £19.00 per month and no handset price (from mobile phones direct through the moneysupermarket.com comparison tool). Involves cashback claims (which I am happy to do as I have been doing them for several years)

T Mobile said they won't match it and gave me my PAC code.

What you guys reckon. The best deal T Mobile will ever offer me or will holding out help? Or is the deal worth it as is, as I'll be dealing directly with T Mobile and no cashback to worry about?

Buymobilesphones.net offered me about £22.50 for 600mins/UnlimitedText/500mb and no handset cost for the S3. The average cost per month is higher than T Mobiles deal and I have to make cashback claims. So not much better, me thinks.

do t-mobile retentions ever offer deals that lower monthly line rental with no new phone etc? happy with the tariff, and the phone, but would like to pay less line rental if at all possible.

last time i was with t-mobile i was offered a huge reduction to line rental to stick around, but that was ~10 years ago!

(alternatively, does anyone know of another provider that offers something like the international 'booster' from old t-mobile contracts for a reasonable cost?)

Im currently paying £7.88 inc VAT for 600 Mins, 500 Text, Unlimited internet 3GB, I rang as this is the final month of my 12 month contract asked what my options were and he offered me a £9 deal & £12 deal for less minutes and text than I already get.

He said since the join with EE we cant offer that renewal discount.

Dissapointed have been with tmobile for 8 years.
  • Hello all,

Am going to ring up T Mobile tomorrow, as my 24 month contract has just finished. Anybody know the number I need to ring? Is it 150 from my mobile or is to another number? Their website is so confusing - and the merger with ee and orange is equally confusing? Do i have to ring ee now instead? And will I get offered a better range of phones now they are all under the same umbrella?

Dial 150 and one of the options is 'thinking of leaving Tmobile' or something similar. You may want to have some figures to hand such as other network deals like Three or Tesco so you can tell them why you plan to leave, ie getting a better deal from Three even if you don't really plan to leave. results may vary and some people get great retention deals and others get none.
