My wife's contarct is up for renewal. want to get Apple iphone4s, £26 600 mins etc, handset cost £80. She has been with T mobile for 4 years. Has anyone been offered a loyalty discount on this or similar plan with iphone? i'm hoping for £5 off per month or handset free. Thanks for any help
plenty of third party sites offering the same deal (or £1 or 2 less) with a free handset. Not saying TM will match that tho.
Ask for you pac code one you are in your 30 day notice period and they may improve their offer.0 -
Could take the HTC option, sell the handset which will pay for the Nexus and leave a decent amount of change.
Leaning toward the Nexus though, it's a nice phone, just deciding on which SIM only offer to go for....
Keep the One, beats the Nexus hands down.Cheers, Rob

Plenty of people on here wouldn't agree with you there......0 -
My recent experience with T-Mob. I phone up to get my PAC. They ask why I didn't try upgrades or retentions and go straight to PAC request. I said what's the point, your offers aren't competitive. Not true they said, you have built up a 36 month loyalty. OK I say, what's your best deal on an S4? That would be £100 for the phone and a 24 month contract at £38 a month. (£1 more expensive than new customers get a month on their site) They are an utter joke.0

I just had a similar scenario yesterday, except it was the iPhone 5 deal I was after. I've been with T Mobile for four years and they wouldn't offer me the better new customer deal, so I've cancelled.
But reading through some of the posts here I understand why now, I was on a £15 per month contract, and I never ever go over my allowance, so to them, I'm probably a rubbish customer.0 -
Update:
T Mob retention offers were pathetic. wanted iphone 4S, no discount on line rental plus 370 for handset. when i said i could egt a better deal elswher, he said he knows.
went to chitterchatter.com. Got same package with handset free. I'm happy but still wonder why T Mob couldb't give the same deal. Anyway , no headaches for another 2 years.0 -
I think that T mobile are very bad for retentions when it comes to the iPhone, but a *little* better with other handsets.0

The same happened to me, T mobile retention deals were very poor, so i went through chitterchatter and they spoke to T mobile and i got my iphone on same plan for £10.50 per month.
Although after reading the reviews(after i signed) about chitterchatter i may not of proceeded.0 -
what issues did you have? I'm not expecting any money back from them. As long as they deliver the phone I'm happy. hopefully will have no further need to contact them.0
