  • We shall have them for breakfast North American style.My mum has given me some Canadian Maple syrup from a friend's trip out there,and I have a big tub of pancake mix from the More With Less cookbook already made up - just add water and an egg.
  • Hi, can anyone tell me if i make pancakes tonight can i just warm them up for tomorrow? If so should i keep them in thr fridge and how should i warm them up, thanks.

    Keeping them in the fridge will be fine. :)

    Warm them in the microwave for a few seconds using "reheat" or "medium".

    I can make the mixture, but I can't turn them over!!! Certainly can't ' flip' them and if I try to turn them over with a pallette knife or fish slice they just end up a crumpled mess at the edge of the pan!!! Any idiot proof method for an incompetent pancake cook, please??

    havent got any plain flour can i use s.r instead

    Enjoy your pancakes tomorrow,I have batter mix already made in a packet and I am going to toss and flip them using a frying pan,going to have great fun,just hope they wont end up on my kitchen floor.

    I would think you could use S.R Flour instead,not really sure to be honest,hope your pancakes turn out ok tomorrow and that you enjoy them :D
