    I love pancakes! We often have them, not just on Shrove Tuesday (but on that day too!) I usually make loads of batter because I know there will be some left for breakfast in the morning. I use the Vegan Society pancake recipe which is brilliant. My daughter made pancakes at Guides the other night, and it was the normal egg one. She said it wasn't as nice as mine!

    I think you're about on the edge of "use it or lose it" - given that it has raw egg in it.

    If it smells OK it should be all right.

    Hi All

    I am after a bit of help please, I made a recipe for pancakes (was a slimming world one) containing muller lights and blueberries, and the usual batter mix ingredients (they are yum) the recipe said serves 8 but it has made tons and we won't use it all up......

    There is no way i want to waste it so could any of you kind people tell me how i can save it, am i able to freeze it as is, or should i make up the pancakes and freeze them or do you think it will ruin if i try to freeze it at all!!!!!

    Help me please.
