Following on from the Yorkshire pud thread...

What are you all having in your pancakes? I'm just greedy so am having them for lunch, dinner and pudding so need plently of ideas!

    I'll start off with

    1. Lemon & Sugar!
  • I'm starting off with them for breakfast, strawberries and maple syrup.

I bought some lavender sugar so will have that with lemon juice for lunch. yummmeeee!

Ah I get you now lol! I can't wait until Tuesday all of these suggestions are making me hungry. Never do pancakes any other day, it just seems wrong but I do love them sooooooo much.

I think Pancake Day is better than Xmas and my birthday rolled into one!

We have pancakes done on flat griddle on a sunday morning with lemon and raisins my ds loves them. I usually do 3 pancakes each then chop up a banana, a few grapes, strawberry, kiwi and a drizzle or maple syrup. Always a clean plate i always say i will freeze some but never get the chance as they eat them all.
