Hmmmm I feel quite pleased with my new deal, but I did not have to try very hard for what I got so I feel that perhaps I have not done as well as I thought...surely it should have been more of a battle?
I just got new Nokia 6220 with 400 mins\1000 txt pcm for £15 per month.
I did not have to fight for anything I suggested. Have I been cheated?0 -
Same phone, 450 mins and 450 texts on Virgin = £30 a month on 18 months...
Sounds like a good deal to me.0 -
I asked for this but was refused, I was told the best deal would be £125 credit... I don't suppose you know who you talked to or if anyone here can help?
 Got the deal you are after last week through the retentions / disconnection people without problems or even any real pressure. I suggest you ask to speak to and keep pestering ...0 -
i was on the simplicity called them up and got a 5800
800 mins
1000 text

I'd double check that because that means you've been given 2 bolt-ons for free (extra 200 mins and unlim web) and its not something that should be done.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Just to let you know that this deal was done through the outbound retention team to get them you need to ask for a pac code or if you are in last 30 days someone from O2 will call and do their best to normally offer you a good deal. :T0 -

Do u reckon its possible to get the same deal as urself but with a blackberry curve 8900 instead of the 5800?
I've been offered a similar deal as urself without a phone but with £150 to my account.0 -

Those new flashy toys (5800, renoir, c905) look nice and probably will do for office workers and people wearing suits.
Are they any good for parents playing with their kids on playgrounds?
Can they be kept in trouser pockets without damaging them?
Are they sandprof?
It's time to ask O2 for a new handset for my OH but she needs something robust enough to survive more than a month.0
