Haha, yes, it was!
How it broke - I couldn't hear anyone on the phone unless I put them on speaker, and they couldn't hear me! I thought it was the person I was talking to that was the problem until I called someone else!
It amazed me how quickly I'd gotten used to it when I had to start using my k810 again!
As I finished typing my previous post, I got a call off a lovely man at o2! The one I'd just spoken to. The phone is now showing up as in stock so he decided to call me and arrange the exchange for tomorrow! I'm a happy bunny nowxx

OR £20 simplicity 600 mins 500 texts.
i was hoping for a lower offer without a phone as i really am just happy with what ive got. what should i do now? ring and request my PAC?
thanks
I rang up e2save after I spoke to O2 and got offered a £10 a month 600 mins/500 texts deal (after cashback redemption).
I just rang up O2 and quoted this deal to them and miraculously the guy managed to put £150 credit ontop of my previous offer to make it £11.66 a month and doubled my texts and a bolt on.
needless to say i snapped it up as claiming cashback through e2save is always such a hastle0 -
Took the £20 Simplicity
600 mins 1000 txts and web bolt on - got a right newbie the night he didnae have much of a clue, obvioulsy reading the scripts preparred for him.
Saves me £15 per month and better mins and txt than current contract. Will see what the New Year brings.
Other plus is I can get my N95 fixed for £25, so no real need for a new phone, not that I fancied any of the ones the were offering.0 -

They will also throw in free home broadband if you ask them
I have already got o2 home broadband which I have had for around 12 months. Has anyone managed to get free broadband applied to their current o2 broadband connection as opposed to being a new o2 broadband customer? I was told I would have to cancel and then reapply.0 -
I believe you will need to cancel, get your code and then transfer it to the new connection...silly :A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. What's the latest deals anyone has got from o2? My current (2year old) phone is beginning to play up, so would like to use my upgrade sooner rather than later...:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. The Pixon is one ive been enquiring about for about a month now, and every time I ask it will be another week!
The Pixon, X1 and most of the decent handsets are back in so hurry..
I phoned retentions today and I've taken the following deal:
Sony X1 phone £99.99
£20pm contract, includes: 600 mins anytime, 1000 texts, unlimited internet
Bit gutted about having to pay so much for the handset but the last time I called I was offered the same contract but for £27pm and the handset for 49.99
£50 more for the handset BUT a saving of £7 a month for the contract and over 18 months it works out to be a better deal0 -
Well after weeks off calls O2 finally got the X1 in stock and I got one w00t.
I got this deal:
£45 a month
18month contract
3000mins
1000 text
Unlimited 02-02 minutes
Unlimited Data
Free Phone
Pretty good if you ask meCashback
