I always find it helps to find out what your retentions budget is cos it gives you an idea of what sort of deal you are able to get. I am not sure if the budget can be increased or not though!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
He will kill your cat and nail him to the door" :eek:

Seems like a pretty decent deal to me, you might be able to push it a bit more though if you start humming and arrrrring.
In June/July I got;
18 months, £20/month, £150 credit, 600minutes, unlimited texts (as well as the 1000 included) and unlimited MMS. I was offered upto 8MB broadband for free, or the upto 16MB broadband for £2.50/month.
Basically they've offered you the same deal as me but changed the unlimited text bolt on (I get 1000 texts as well) to unlimited web.
EDIT: Also, am I right in thinking you can upgrade your contract whenever? I'm looking for a new handset (see above, I took the £150 credit rather than a new handset, C902) but don't want to buy one from their store for £209.99!
Just wondering if they'll do me a deal like, upgrade my contract to £25/month for a free (or a small initial charge) for the phone.0 -
No, you'll have to wait until month 17 on that to upgrade x0

I dreamt I got an Iphone through 02 retention last night- this is becoming a bit of an obsession! If this continues I will have to just get one on a £45 tariff! Apple pretty much runs my life anyway with my macbook and ipod, now they are invading my dreams!!! :-(0

Just called 0870 600 7102. I was offered the Samsung Soul! (not very impressed) and the usual discounts. 1200 mins, 1000 txts and an unlimited bolt on for £27. I'm now on the £10 simplicity deal. I asked about the Pixon but this isn't available until next week. I'm taking out a new cash back deal with Orange as the Pixon is available.0

The Pixon is one ive been enquiring about for about a month now, and every time I ask it will be another week!:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. I asked for my PAC and said I was going to Orange just now. I said I would be getting a SE C902 free, paying £18 per month (18 month contract) for 200 x-net mins and unlimited texts (it was actually £20 per month but I told a wee white lie).
Then the woman called Nina at O2 offered me:
Free C902, £15 a month for 400x-net mins, 1000 texts and free o2 to o2 calls. Think I got a good deal there, I asked if they'd put a credit on my account as I had that last time I upgraded but she said they don't do credits anymore given that I'm getting an expensive phone. Worth a try though. Quite happy with my new deal! Just wanted to cut my monthly cost really.0
