Just for information to get the £20 deal one of your sailings has to be 'outside' of the 09:00-17:00 time slot ie: my bookings were Outward 10:55 and Return 21:00
Don't leave it too late remember the shopping hours in France ie: Citie Europe Opening Hours:
Open from Mon – Thurs 10:00 – 20:00. Fri 10:00 – 21:00. Sat 09:00 – 20:00. Sundays 10:00 – 19:00.

BTW, have just checked the Sainsbury's site and they're open 10am - 6pm on Sundays

This offer seems a very tempting (and cheap!) way to treat the girlfriend!

Any recommendations for what you can do when you get over there? I'm a relatively new driver so don't particularly want to drive too far into no-mans land! so are there any nice places/restaurants to visit nearish to Calais?

Yes it is still on there as I have just checked.

Input the words P & O 6 free wine in your search engine and look down the list you will see the website for P & O with the free wine. You will see the website headed "Day Trip Offer - P & O Ferries. The offer is available for bookings up to the 18 March.

Went on Monday with husband and two youngest boys, had a great time, given vouchers for breakfast BOGOF and wine when we checked in, all went v smoothly and had a good time... Thanks Martin, vive la France!
