  • Earlier today I booked on the website after checking availability. Accepted the return fare of £20 filled in my debit card details and prssed the button - to find out I had been charged £140 return. Phoned P&O straight away - they only have limited numbers of these deals on each sailing. I had to adjust my return to a later time. Annoying but still a good deal.
  • I booked a daytrip in March paying £30 going on a Saturday but haven't received any vouchers for the free wine or the meal. Does PO ferries email me those two vouchers later on or do I pick them up on the ferry the day we travel?
  • i use the link so it pre-populates the promo code but i get an error message saying invalid code. any ideas?
  • what date costs £20 mine come up as £70

Perhaps you are choosing dates that are not valid for this promotion. Check the beginning of this tread for MSE information this gives details of dates available for the promotion. When choosing sailing times check the price against it states £10 to ensure you are booking a promotion sailing. Check all the dates and times are correct whilst completing your information. This offer is definitely available as I tried it myself

Not all times are still available for promotion you just have to try different sailing times or dates as long as they are within the promotion dates. At this price they will be booking up fast.

If you check out the MSE information at the beginning of this thread it indicates that vouchers for wine and food will be issued at check in provided you have booked the promotion.
  • Managed to book for 14th March but site would not process debit cards and I had to pay by credit card - still a bargain tho!:T
  • Sorry to be a pain - I wrote my first ever post yesterday and got no response so will try again!

Could someone who has booked this promotion please have a look at their booking confirmation for me.

No-where on my booking does it say anything about being a promo and that I will receive vouchers on check-in. Should there be something on my confirmation to suggest this?

If not, how will they know which of us have gone through a promo and which have paid a normal fare?

I'm probably being thick about it, but the only way I could get the bloke to travel was telling him there would be a free case of wime for him. If I've booked it wrong then I'm in trouble!

    Hi

Booked this yesterday morning travelling out on 15th Feb.

Exceptionally good offer, apparently the vouchers for the free wine and BOGOF are given to you when you check-in.

Looking forward to it, even tho we have a 3 hr drive to Dover on a friday!!

    Still be worth it tho.
