hope in Aug i can get N95 for £55 on £5 500/100 deal....well if not im not spending a penny.........I will stay on same plan Broadband Casual £0 per month with a free data card upgrade - free incoming calls/UK calls while roaming 3 sister networks, gotta love 3 like home - just divert my main Orange to 3 for £0 a month, & 10p incoming in rest Europe saves a fortune and for longer calls I divert to Vodafone payg using Passport in Voda Passport countries £15 for 150 mins/£25 200mins & 75p connection ! , none of the bast*ard networks make massive profits out me - home or away !SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0

Nothing to lose if they phone but the best discounts usually come on the last day of service.0 -
Very helpful guy when requesting my PAC today.
I was on a £5 a month deal for last year, but that was due to end next month, so I asked for my PAC as I was going to either a PAYG or one of the cheap deals with Virgin/TMobile.
He changed me to a £5 a month for life deal which I am delighted with:T :T :T andf as my old mobile phone was errrr under the weather (I bought a SonyEricsson K800 PAYG phone and had it unlocked a few months ago as my Nokia 6280 was in need of repair to say the least) anyway he offerred me a new Sony Z750i or a Nokia 6500 slide as a free phone, 12 mth contract but £5 a mth for life.
I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED as I honestly thought I was not going to get anything.
PS I was extremely polite and spoke to the guys supervisor to pass on my appreciation, sometimes honey works far better than vinegar:j0 -
Rebel, how many minutes and texts are you getting with that?QUIDCO £2827 paid out since October 2007:D0

well got my Nokia 6500 delivered just now!
Got to say its looks nice and slim compared to the 6280! But when i was looking on google earlier today it has many poor recent reviews..so that makes me concerned! As i had a few problems with the 6280, the last thing i want is more problems with a new phone.
will try it out later with PAYG Sim and let you know0 -

How did you manage that - I am truly trumped! Rang up today and offered me a crap 18 months £15 Nokia 6500 Mix'n'Match deal which is same as new customers - and plus I don't get RAF or quidco - cheeky git!
Please tell me how to get a decent deal like that. I want to keep my number and I don't want to accidently cancel my contract. SO i'm not sure what I should do.
Should I put in a disconnection request and hope they ring me in time to ensure the number does not get lost?
or should I ask for a PAC code? Or just ask to be converted to PAYG?0 -

That's what I got a year ago - now I want an N95 as I haven't changed my phone for about 3 years...0 -

I was asked why I needed this as I had been a very loyal customer over the past 4 or 5 years and they would hate to lose me ... (Indian call centre by the way)
I told them I had been on a great deal for the past year but it ends in July and I needed to make alternative arrangements.
The guy then said he would change my loyalty discount to a lifetime discount so I would never have to worry about it again if I stayed with Three, plus they would offer me a free handset if I entered into a new 12 mth contract. (SE Z750i or Nokia 6500 Slide)
I may not have got the best phone in the world (I chose the SE), as I also wanted an N95 BUT I felt they had been very generous with me, and although I asked if I could have an N95 they told me they couldn't supply one at the £5 a month deal.
I accepted that, and as the low monthly price is the most important thing to me I was happy to accept their offer.
2 more things, I agreed to complete the questionaire at the end of my call, I think this makes a difference.
I also made a point of asking to speak to the supervisor to thank them for the help I had received. Some people might call it ***licking, I consider it important to complain about bad service but to thank people for good service when I receive it.
It also seems to me that people that spend a lot of extra money get good offers, but so do people (like me) who make minimal use of their phone, the people who make unnecessary phone calls just to "use up" their allocation of minutes don't appear to get these offers, I asked one of my son's friends who is some sort of Snr management with Three this question tonight, and he confirmed my thoughts.
