  • update for you guys, had been getting a few calls with the same offer everytime, and refused was one day away from disconnection and got a call same offers but got a lg viewty with 500 mins and 100 text for £13. (n95 no longer in stock)

a note for those being offered the mix and match tariffs these are billed PER MINUTE (so if i you make a call lasting 5 seconds thats one of your minutes/units) not per second like the older tariff i.e the 500 mins and 100 text (VTT 600) or 350 mins + 150 text etc.

    Hi
I rang Three two weeks ago and requested a pac-code, I have now signed up for a deal through 'mobiles-to-your-door' this is with Vodaphone, the thing is Vodaphone won't migrate the number, so if i dont use the pac-code can i still cancel my account or will i have to give another 30 days notice?
  • Sorry to be bearer of bad news but you have two choices.

    1. Phone three and tell them you want to cancel contract.
    2. Obtain a cheap/free payg sim card and migrate number to that.

Did not know vodafone will not let you do that. Oh well.

If you do just leave it, your contract will keep on going after your four week period ends.

I got my new deal via 'hot deals uk' which sent me to mobiles to your door, when looking through the migrate number link it states that vodaphone do not accept this, although i may have jumped the gun here and presumed, maybe i should talk to vodaphone, feel a bit daft now! I'll let you know how i get on, thanks guys

ps see scopios post aove, thats what i read.

Offered 500 mins and 100 texts with a nokia 6500 slide for £10 per month for a minimum of 18 months. I'm happy with that:j
  • I have bartered and got 300 minutes, unlimited texts, 50 picture and video messages, unlimited internet and a brand new Nokia 6120 on a 18 months contract for £19 a month all in. Is this a good deal ?

Just to let people know, that although my original offer hadn't shown up for the first 2 bills, it has now been rectified and should now continue flawlessly, they refunded the money via account credit, so I now have £75 in my account.

Offer was Sony Ericsson K850i Mix and Match 300 for £10 a month with the 200 text add-on for free! So £10 a month for a new expensive phone was pretty good!

    Shame it wasn't for me, it's my Brother's :(
