3 Retention Deals

Did you get this from phoning 333 (thinking of leaving) or did the special retentions team phone you?
Also, is it better (assuming you get "the call") to go for 18 months, £10 per month, £150 credit or 18 months, £10 per month with Nokia N95 (assuming new and selling - not checked the prices yet!).
Many thanks

It was a 400 min /100 texts package.
They told me how good I had been
I handed in my notice today, waiting for the magic call. I have never gone over my limit in a previous contract so going to see what happens. The deal you've got is very very good. If they don't offer me anything similar I'm going back to pay as you go for a while.0 -
Oh also wondered do you think asking to end your contract rather than getting a PAC code will make it less likely the rentention team will call?0

When you ring to cancel - ask for your number to be transferred over to PAYG - that way you have leverage (and they still have something to entice you back to)0 -

I initially called '333' and went through to cancellations.
The calls I got back were from '07782333333'. Operators name was Fameeda. Best operator Ive ever dealt with.0 -
