I'd change but I've got no option to but to stay with them. Well, I've upgraded and got myself the SE K800i on the £15 mix and match deal, but wait for it, they credited my account with a grand total of... £5!!! WhoooflippinghoooThere's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0

I have just rang three and been told the one and only offer to me on my account is 100 minutes and 100 texts for £20 a month.
I am totally disgusted and insisted on speaking to a manager who would not budge on the so called upgrade, it is a downgrade not an upgrade. I am on 750 minutes and 150 texts and have been with them 4 years now. I said as a loyal customer it is an insult as they know this upgrade does not reflect my usage at all. I asked why I wasn't being offered the choice to upgrade to anything on the internet site like other customers and he said the offers are account specific so I said in other words they are personal and I told him that to me it is a personal insult then. I pay by direct debit and have never missed a payment.
I never thought they would do this I said to him that if it was him in my position how would he feel after being on 750 mins 150 texts to be offered that pathetic upgrade/downgrade did he really think that anyone was going to take that in all seriousness? to which he just kept repeating it is the only offer you can have if you want one off the website start a new contract with three thats all I can say. I told him if I had to do that I would move and not ever recommend them or go with them again if this is the way they treat theor loyal customersThanx

Lady K. I am on the 100 texts 100 mins at the moment. I'm paying £20 but that's just been for the last 3 months of an 18 month contract! I did get offered the same terms, with a Nokia 6120 phone for £14 so they're definitely not doing you a good deal. Decided to pay the extra pound in the end for a better phone and better texts and mins. Try ringing them again. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. I know exactly how you feel. I had more or less the same argument, but as I said earlier in the end they gave me the 300 deal from the website, which amounts to nothing more than a new customer.
Problem is they know they have the best deals around at the moment (their free phones are better than offered with other networks too), so they don't need to offer any discounts - loyalty means nothing to them at all.Forgot to mention that apparently me getting the same deal that any newbie could get was good as I would not have to change my number as a newbie would and I was also carrying on the fact that I was a loyal customer so I'd get good deals in the future - Lip_StickNorthernlights0 -

I will not pay £20 for that really I'm so mad. On the internet the mix and match 900 which is about the same as my 750 mins 150 texts its £24 a month so I will not pay £20 I'm flippin furious. I've phoned back to ask if there is anyone higher to talk to and the lady on customer services said no there wasn't and she couldn't believe the offer herself and she agreed with how I felt and said she would feel exactly the same in my position and leave. She tried allsorts for me but couldnt do anything. She suggested ringing back in 15 days to see if the offers were changed but I said my contract runs out on 25th so more than likely I'll be moved before than and not want to come back unless they contact me with an amazing deal. I'm going to ring back again an ask if they will give me an upgrade without phone for the £5 or £10 as I don't have much all else to lose now I'll be leaving anyway if they say noThanx

Rang back and of course they said no handset free contracts available I'm totally disgusted and insulted that they continue to say its account specific deals yet can't tell me why mine is pinpointed when I've been a really good customer all these years and pay by direct debit yet my sister wont pay by direct debit, she is always late paying to the extent its been cut off at times untill shes paid again. She got a good upgrade 2 weeks ago. In fact I was told to use the pac code and move if I wanted a better contract this time I rang. I can't tell you how bad that feels when you expect to be valued as a customer and do nothing wrong.
I think they think they are strong enough to do it because people will stay with them. I won't because they have no respect for customers and I wouldn't even start a new contract no way will I allow myself to be treated that wayThanx

I think that they're having money problems or something, that they think we've been given a good deal so don't think it's worth it to offer another just yet. The way it was worded to me was that this offer isn't so good, but the next one will be. I need to save money as I'm on maternity leave and not getting paid for these last few months, so that doesn't help me at all!
Could it be that 3 thought if they offered unbelieveable deals in one contract, people would hold out on the next hoping it would happen again? There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. I am sorry Lippy but you have really cheered me up tonight, you are soooo melo dramatic its funny. It is a phone contract women get a grip! :rotfl:
Onto three it is a strange one, I rang up for my mum who got a w910i and as things have changed since their new tarriffs I agreed to one with them(mix and match) for £30 a month, now he told me I(my mum) was elligable(sp) for three's loyalty bonus of £12 and therefore the contract was/is £18 a month! After reading all about them at the minute I can understand your madness but I rang a few times and just said not interested and will cancel. Now I find that being calm and nice goes a long way when it comes to getting a good deal as if I(in the past obviously) ranted and raved about being a "fantastic customer bla bla bla I honestly think they were taking the piece as a way of getting off on it
Good luck with your retensions people and Lippy if you're on maternity leave perhaps you should stay away from ringing three eh? Don't want you working yourself up now do we you need to look after mini Lippy
I await the next episode with great anticipation :cool:0
