No, plenty of info what a PAC means and does, but it does mean you have tried to call their bluff and they don't want to keep you if you don't want their deal.
Use the PAC and it terminates the line, if you don't use the PAC, give 30 days notice to terminate the contract.====0 -

We cant answer that for you. How much does the '3 like home' charges save over the cost of the EE contract (which I dont think you put in your post).
sorry i know that, its more i don't know if I'm flogging a dead horse trying to get a better deal from Three, the T-mobile roaming is 20mb for £3 for 24 days im going to the states in October and would have been using to upload photos and as a satnav but ive heard the lumias have an offline sat nav option might be something to look into0 -
Three dont really do 'deals' any more from the first line people. After you have your PAC the second line calls and they have a bit more flexibility.
Lumias do have the option to download the maps before you go so you just need a GPS connection to make use of them when abroad.
If EE unlock the phone then you could always use a 3 PAYG sim whilst you are in the US or there is always plenty of free WIFI available to use to upload photos instead.0 -

the offline sat nav makes things easier i suppose, think ill give it another week to see if i get a second line call failing that ill just switch to T-mobile thanks0 -
I just phoned up yesterday to upgrade to an iphone 5c 8GB. The best deal on their website was £27 per month for 600 mins, unlimited text msgs and 1gb data.
I asked if he could give me a cheaper deal on the phone but with 300 mins. The best he was willing to offer me was 300 mins with the same data and text allowance for £25 per month, 2000 3-3 mins and no upfront cost for the handset. I tried to haggle with him but he refused to budge saying that other customers had complained and they no longer offered deals. He refused to take my point that a £2 per month discount for taking half the amount of advertised minutes wasn't really a deal at all.
I signed up for the contract and took delivery of the phone today. I've taken it out of the packaging so too late for regrets but the idiots have sent me a phone without a sim card. I now have to wait 5 days for that! I have 2 other contracts with three so quite disappointed that they refused to give me a deal despite me having been a customer for six years.
I would be interested to know if anyone else has managed to get a better deal from them on the iphone.0 -

Just curious, if you upgrade a contract (you already have a SIM), why would you expect to receive a new SIM with your new phone?0 -
I upgraded from a blackberry so I was told that although I'll be keeping the same number I would need a new micro sim card for the iphone.0
