Switched to ultimate 200 1mth rolling about 5 months ago.

My 4s is nakard and interested in the new z2.

But yes even after getting my PAC all I get are the deals online even after being with them for nearly 6 years.

The excuse was that the company was nearly shut down because loyalty deals were seen as discrimination. !!!!!!

Even after you got your PAC the second level guy didn't offer you anything other than what is on the website when they called?

    Nope.

They said they weren't allowed to offer any loyalty discounts because the company nearly got shut down. Knew that was bull. Got PAC a week or two ago and not had a call since. After 6 years slightly disappointed in three. Especially when I've been a £40-50 a month for all but the last 4-5 mths

Shame. I was looking forward to signing up again on the usual retention deal they offer in a few months.

The whole company nearly getting shut down is bobbins like you say. I wonder how many people actually buy that line...

Didn't want to start a new thread but I'm wanting to join 3. Went on the site and chose the ultimate internet 200 1 month but it's not letting me choose nano sim for it. Is this a website error or won't they give out nano sims for that tariff?

Most sims these days are dual purpose. The nano part just pops out.

At the end of a 24 month contract, so tried to cancel/upgrade this morning, comparing what they could offer with a plan from Vodafone. First woman was aggressive in her attempts to convince me to stay so said goodbye and immediately phoned back, fortunately got a much nicer chap! I was paying £37 for an iphone 4S on the one plan, but wanted to switch to a Samsung galaxy S4 (i'm eligible for an upgrade from today).

First he offered me 2GB data, unlimited texts, and 100 mins (I usually use 30-40 mins calls) for £33. No thanks I said, as Vodafone were offering 5GB with unlimited calls and texts for £37.60 (with employee discount, I don't work for a phone company though)...seconds later he offered me the same deal but instead with all you can eat data, 2 GB tethering, no extra charges for 4G, and from tomorrow 0800 numbers are free and 0844 are only 5p a minute. The all you can eat data got me, new phone coming tuesday and contract activated early! £4 a month cheaper and no more pesky 0800 charges!

As far as I can see, that plan doesn't even exist on their website.

Sounds like the new version of their One Plan, it is on their website as sim only, but they have added £13 a month extra on for the phone (the One Plan is £20 sim only).

Or this one (with a £4 discount)
    All-you-can-eat Data, 600 Minutes.
    All-you-can-eat data
    600 minutes
    All-you-can-eat texts
    24 months

    £37 a month.

Since I'm more than happy with my Galaxy Note 3, I was offered the following for £14 a month on a 12 month contract, or £15 a month on a 30 day rolling contract.

    One Plan SIM only:
    • 2000 minutes plus 5000 3 to 3 minutes
    • 5000 texts
    • All you can eat data with tethering :T
    • No extra charges for 4G when available

Minutes/texts aren't too important; I just need a plan with lots of data. Think my record monthly usage was over 100GBs :p

I won't get free 0800 numbers or cheap 0870, as they're only offered with new contracts, but I call these numbers once in a blue moon so it doesn't bother me.
  • just rang 3 to see what offers i could get as contract ends in 30 days to be offered what i think is a rubbish deal:

    Free Lumia 1020.
    100 minutes
    all you can eat texts
    1GB of data

for £30 Per month or 200 minutes and 2GB of data for £33 a month,

especially when ive found an offer from T-Mobile for
    free lumia 1020
    500 mins
    Ultd Texts
    Ultd Data,

Told them i would think about it as i was inclined to cancel because of difference now just received a text with pac code, have they cancelled my contract? as was hoping to try a better deal by ringing up again tonight, or should i just ignore it and get the T-Mobile deal?

    cant decide
