how long is it taking people to get through to 3? I've tried several times and not got through (on both the 333 number and 08 number) just left hanging on listening to music loop.
  • I requested the PAC code and all they have offered since has been the same as on the website or the deal with the Europa that has been previously mentioned for £8 or £11 with the data add on. The only other thing they offered was the experia P for £27 month on the one plan as they said it was a special offer for a new top range phone - lol. They weren't prepared to budge even though I pointed out the price differences in their sII and iphone4 contract compared to T-mobile (not that I particularly want those phones).

So as a loyal customer for years with both broadband and phone contract(s), it is likely that either they lose my custom or I am resorted like many to leaving to take out an offer via 3rd party with three and doing the porting out to port back in again. I will speak to them tomorrow and see what the new month brings but I don't hold much hope for any kind of reward for being a 'premium' customer.
  • They offered me exact same bundle with the same phone and terrif despit of asking for galaxy sIII. I signed in and received the phone last week but I din like the phone as much so I contacted them today and was offered a galaxy SIII for £29 and then £31/ month for 24 months. Din like that either so I am sending the phone back and cancelling the contract. I will have to take my loyalty else where.

It took me at least half an hour every time I called. Called around 5 times in last week. Once it took almost an hour.

    Terrible customer service.

and they are offering a Blackberry 9320 with 1000 xmins and unlimited data - without Blackberry messenger for £18...good/ok/ try harder?

BTW...Did ask for sim only options not advertised on their website but to no avail.

Looks like thats the Ultimate Internet 1000 currently advertised for £23 a month on their site.

Do you need that much data/minutes as there are plenty of other deals on that phone available if you dont mind jumping through the cashback hoop:

Remove the space round the 4 to make the link work.

Thanks KTF will check link now, though I am normally very forgetful in returning bills for cash-back so do usually avoid them for that reason....I do use a lot of minutes and especially data

T-Mobile do unlimited minutes, texts and data for £21 a month on a 12 month sim only. They don't allow tethering on that contract though.

Cheers Buscape - I checked the T-mobile offer via your previous helpful post to another advice seeker......was looking for a new phone though after two years of the same one.

What phone do they want and how much minutes texts and data do they need? How much are they looking to spend per month?
