call 1/2 nd Jan get PAC, take Vodafone out on 23rd/24th give pac to them

7 days later your free of 3 & on voda, but have to pay the 7 days line rental on both...thats changing though in 2008 - Ofcom have told the networks to do as AU does...takes 1-2 hrs to PAC over so in AU your not paying 7 days on both

if Voda really has the plan for you then go for it, but remember all Voda call centres are 3rd party & you are not calling a Voda employee which can cause problems when they have to pass a quiery through to a Voda office - they have a lack of staff in these departments & you can wait forever on them contacting you back, the 3rd party Irish call centres seem to be the best of a bad bunch
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

thank you diamonds...but can i order the vodafone phone now with a new number and then supply vodafone with my pac code later in january?will they change the number for me or does it have to be done at the start?
  • I got a good deal last year on a 3 retention. They offered me 100 minutes per month, for basically £2 a month equivalent, for 12 months.

They did this via £125 cashback added to my bill immediately, followed by 9 months charged at £10 per month, and then 3 months at £20 per month, meaning the bills showed charges of £150 in total.

Net result, I paid £25 for the year.

The minutes weren't enough for me but my Mum is a low user so I gave her that phone.

My question is, is there anything similar going round this year as the final bill on that account is 1st February so I need to be figuring things out...

Had a call a little while ago, offered to keep me on talk and text 600 for £10/month lifetime and a choice of the lower range of phones.

I've accepted £10/month for life deal on 500+100 with an E65...one side of me says it's a good deal (which it is) but another thinks I should have waited to see if I get offered the £5 deal.

Albeit a re-con E65...but still with a 12month warranty. Shouldn't networks be giving an 18 month warranty on 18 month contracts? Maybe talk for another thread.
