3 Retention Deals

Ok I feel like ive got a great deal - im only 15 months into a 18 month contract but they have said I can upgrade and this is what I have been offered.

500 mix and match
5000 3to3
2gb internet

12 month contract with no phone

£8 per month.

Im not sure how it could be much better - would they really go to £5/6 per month?

I'd be very surprised if they could beat that! Though if you're prepared to wait and see go for it!

I'm still waiting to see if I can get a better deal on their one plan, though I think I'm stumped as only renewed around 6 months ago and I'm on a 24 month contract! :S

Had a go at getting a decent upgrade tonight, but it's like wading through treacle.

Currently on £20 Internet Texter plan (200 Mins, 5K texts, 2Gb internet) with an E71. Contract expires on 16/12.

Asked for either a Galaxy S or Desire HD for a similar price and similar plan, but retentions could only come up with the following two offers.

Offer 1 - Desire HD or Galaxy S Free. 500 mins, 5K texts, 1Gb internet for £25 pm - 24 month contract. £600 over the term (£25 pm)

Offer 2 - Desire HD or Galaxy S £140, same plan as I'm already on for another 18 months. £500 over the term (£27.77 pm), but more internet usage.

This was AFTER asking for the PAC. Anyone got any better offers recently?

I was offered a pretty good deal a few weeks ago. Maybe this will help you to negotiate a better deal?

sorry - i am paying £10 (not £8 which i wrote by mistake)
18 months, so not to bad, i was already on the £10 deal from 2 years ago, so it';s just a renewal of that deal + new nokia e63
