They use DPD as the courier and they are very efficient. You will get a txt on the day with the estimated delivery window and they stick to it.

Will be a bit of a shame really now we have them as the 'drama' in this thread will die down :P

Will be back for more in 24 months to go through it all again no doubt

The promised Friday delivery never happened.

I'll be ringing tomorrow to use this to renegotiate the agreed price.

I was assured Friday. No show since then. Not too fussed - given what I was promised if I don't get a few quid knocked off I may tell them to stick it; the deal I was offered ain't all that anyway.

Just got a text from 3 informing me that delivery will be between 13:47 - 14:47. I'm in a meeting all morning until 14:30, so I won't be able to get home to wait for it

Trying to ring DPD now, they're not open till 8

Edit: they can't change the time
