3 Retention Deals

Newbie here. I am nearing the end of my 1st 18 month contract with 3 (£25 300 mix and match) and rarely spend any extra. If i ask for a loyalty discount am i likely to get it? In an ideal world i'd like a free Hero with unlimited internet for less than the £25 i'm on now. What's my chances?

Dont know m on £21 mix and match with 10mv internet. regularly spend £35 a month sometimes more and they wouldnt budge from 35quid 24 months.

Though I did phone upgrades and have 7 weeks left before expiry

Tips would be appreciated

3 offered me that earlier, I refused it.

Instead I got the T-Mobile offer for £23 a month. 800mins+500txt+unlim internet+HTC Hero. Shame, the 21.50 offer had expired by the time I called them. Good haggling came to colour when it was for £23.

Can you please post the link to me? Is it for 18/24 months?

It's for 18 months.

It was their phone offer. You need to call their sales line 08009562208. As said, the offer is expired I only got discount cos one of their people agreed for 21.50 (when the offer was valid) and was going to give me a call back later that week. Now its their usual price of either 30 or 35.

Is it possible to cancel your contract with 3 and then re-sign up for Quidco to help pay towards the cost of the phone?

You need to check whether you have finished 14 days or not. If you have finished 14 days then tough luck, you cannot.

B£$&*!^S! Three weeks left on my contract and the best they would do for the Hero was the £35 "deal". I now have my PAC code so if others are getting it a lot cheaper 3 won't be getting any more custom from me or the wife.
