Samsung's quite a nice handset; symbian based (if you get on with symbian), don't know about the reliability issues but you get a warranty with it.
Really depends what you want, they're both quite good deals. Depends if you prefer a BB or a symbian, and if you want an ok camera or a really amazing camera (samsung).

After about 4/5 calls of an hour+ over say 3 months plus 3 emails to customer service I finally got roughly want I wanted:

750mins
150 texts
50 picture messages
50 video minutes (does anyone ever use these!?)
£5 downloads
Unlimited Internet (not what they advertise on the web, but an old add on, still 1gb a month though)

£11.71 a month

With a Nokia 6120classic, I've already got it, but I'm happy with it and wanted cheaper line rental.

I got the main manager to phone me and on a previous call that day he'd told me he finished at 8.30pm (must be about 2.30am over there!) so I told him to ring at 8.15pm, he buckled on the free internet at about 8.35pm!;)

Had a right to do with them over the last few days - was offered £9.78 for the VVT 500 i'm on now, lifetime discount apparently - not that stupid to take it though as i would still like a reasonable handset come next upgrade.
that was with LG 310, Sony G502 or 6500 slide refurb ( ha ha No)

Finally got what i wanted - 200 mins, unlt texts, unlt internet/email free 3to3 etc and a free E71 for £14.69 per month (18mnts) very happy with this and maybe could have got it better but the guy was playing serious hardball with his offers.

Goes to show guys if you wait until the last few weeks of your pac codeand are up for a haggle you may just get what you want

A reduction in the £20 texter contract with E71 is what I was hoping to get, either the reduction or some free picture messages so that gives me some hope although I now know that the E72 is coming out in autumn (not sure if its on 3) so I can't make up my mind to either push for deal on E71 or switch to £10 a month rolling contract and see what happens with the E72.

It won't be on 3 and if it is it will be with a £40 a month contract! For a while at least, then they'll start giving it away on £15 a month deals that come with 75 minutes that look great until you work out that with the minutes you go over that 75 mins, your bill will amount to about £40 a month. Cynical, moi?

I have given them notice a week ago and they offered only silly deals (i want the £20 contract with E71 that they have now.... cheaper ... and they offered 19.68 ) )
3 more weeks and I have not heared from them yet... I hope they won't let me go...

It's really hard but if your patient you may get a call from 'the highest part of 3' I asked the guy if that was the roof which didn't go down so well.

They will keep saying they can't offer you that deal for less than £20 but eventually they will and there's nothing stopping you ringing them in the last two weeks of your pac code and asking for final bill information wink wink...works a treat...E71 is an excellent handset by the way - got mine yesterday and thoroughly impressed.
