You do know that offer on the Bold's available to new customers as well?
Now you said that, got me interested in the bold. That deal's not bad at all. Is the bold any good?

The deal should cost £30 pm so i save £5 pm x 15 months = £75 plus i got a mc thrown in for free and in 15 months i fleabay the phone and should get £100 or there abouts.:)

Theres alot to learn as its more than just a phone however in my opinion the keyboard and the build quality is alot better than the E71 as it does not feel as flimsy.

If you go through and click order or whatever it is on the three website it does come up as £25. Don't know why but it does, even though it does say £30 before.
Thanks; I have an n95 atm; a bit fed up of the OS which is glitchy and slow.

Well, looks like my trusty Nokia's battery is well and truly exhausted, so will have to bite the bullet and try again with upgrade. (5th time lucky?)TBH, I havent a clue what phone to ask for, so have decided I will pop into a 3 shop tomorrow and throw myself on their mercy! I seem to be having no luck whatsoever with getting a decent deal through retentions or upgrades on phone (best offer was £2 a month off for 4 months!). Maybe they see me coming....

Why don't you just get a new battery off ebay? It'll cost you probably £5 max.

It'll probably have nothing like the capacity of the OEM battery though, unfortunately.
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.

Well the guys at the 3 shop were nice but couldnt do my upgrade as they, and the previous Customer service guy agreed I'd be better on 1100 mix and match tariff. I've just spent 20 mins on phone to retentions, explaing I needed an improved deal and more texts..he told me I should stay on tariff Im on,(750 mins and 150 texts) even though I told him I needed twice as many texts! I also said I wanted the Nokia 6600 slide which the guy in the store showed me, retentions said they dont stock it now! Sending me the Samsung Soul (which he even wanted to charge me for until I got mad and said I could get it free on website!) but thinking about it now, I'm not really happy with 3's customer service at all, and I'll probably send it back and cancel. Every person I've spoken to at 3 has told me different things regarding phones and tariffs, and I'm totally fed up and confused. And btw, how can I decide if I like the Samsung if I have to leave it in the box and not try it? Grrr!!

Yes, yes, their customer services is dreadful and the 14 day return policy is a joke. You are best off sending it straight back and going to a better network.

Just got off the phone to exec office. I was trying to argue the point about quidco, and trying to explain how it worked. He was totally uninterested and first tried to tell me quidco was a 3rd party retailer, like carphone warehouse, or phones4u, and that cashback was up to them, they couldn't do anything about it. I eventually kinda got it through to him but he still wasn't interested. So I just said I'd be leaving at the end of my term and he just said 'ok fine' or something like that. If that's the kind of value and respect I receive as a customer then that's what will happen, simple as.

What exactly do you want from them?

What month of your contract are you in now and on what tariff?
