Hey, just saw that you were originally offered a tocco but have accepted an E71. Did they call back to offer you the different handset or did you directly ask them for it? How close were you to the end of your 30 days notice? If you're still unsure of whether you like the deal or not I think you have 14 days to return the phone if you wanted to, I'd call them first to tell them you've changed your mind, but if you do decide to send it back, don't use the phone at all, that includes putting your sim card in it or using the camera for example, because they definitely won't accept it back. Maybe someone who knows more about the returns policy can help you out cos I'm not 100% certain of this.

I still have 30 days to go, i was trying to get a renoir for £15 but no luck, this morning they rang to offer an n95 8gb 75 mins and 100 texts but i dont text much so i said i would think about it,they rang this afternoon to offer me the e71 she said she would throw in a case and 2 gb card,i said i am sure it comes with both but she said no, if it turns up with 2 of each i will complain and ask for some other extra, each time i have spoken to them i have been on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes with them trying to get me to take a new phone

Pod you are correct it DOES come with a case (letherey type slip case) and a 2gig micro SD card, the only reason yours wouldnt come with these anyways is if it was a refurb handset they have offered you?

if its a refurb its going straight back there was no mention of a refurb and i have recorded the call

What program are you using to record calls? I downloaded a new version of total recall but can't get it recording my calls at all!

been into the 3 shop today and the e71 does come with a 2gb card and case so it will be interesting to see what arrives
