3 Retention Deals

Hi guys,

I have 6 days to go and no call yet!

If they don't call I want to get the new o2 simplicity tariff to use with my current phone. What is the best way to keep my no.? Should I call them up the day before and change to a PAYG? Can i then just ask for my PAC? I think if I ask for my PAC now it will re-set my 30 days notice. Is that right?

Thanks any idea of their address - is it Glasgow. I spoke to a 3 store locally and they said write a letter of complaint to Glasgow and request an envelope to send phone back to them. Would this be the place the CE is based?

hey folks just curious, i accepted an offer 3 made me to stay with the last year £12 for 500mins 300 texts with a phone i sold. it's one of these for life contracts is there a minimum term that these contracts last. given that there don't seem to be great retention offers at the moment i'll hang off but just wondered when i'll be able to get my pac should i need it.

I would not rely on them to get someone senior to contact you. email the 3 press office (search the forums for their email address). A friend contacted them when he had problems after he signed up. Very helpful folk

I have been on 100 minutes,100 texts a month with 3 for £5/month for the last 11 months.
I gave 1 months notice to terminate my contract today and they offered to continue the same deal for another 12 months,plus they would give me a new Nokia31-20 or a SE K530i.
I would really like some more minutes is it worth holding out for a better offer or accept this offer? Thanks
