Last day tomorrow and havent had a call for three weeks (£15 cant remember how many mins etc but not as good as the £5 month 500mins 100 texts nokia 6500 I got in June on my wifes phone) Any idea how long I should leave it tomorrow what time do they finish I dont want to go on to PAYG on Thursday!?
Update no call received so had to phone and accept a standard website type deal £15 300 mix and match sony w660i. This is my business line so couldnt risk losing it for anytime. Annoying as I rejected £5 month on a 6500 slide 500 mins 100texts about 2 months ago!0 -
It is now 2 weeks since I gave my 30 days notice and still no call from them, I would really like to stay with 3 because I have had no problems with them at all. The customer service has always been good too.0

Oh man i am soooo mad
I accepted the above deal on Wednesday and received my new phone yesterday, had a play last night, updated etc.
I call today about a minor query and find out i have been charged £25 for this phone! No where in the 59 minute conversation i had with 2 ladies on Wednesday did they say they were gonna charge me £25 for the handset.
The man i spoke to this morning said, i can keep my new tarrif and not be charged for the phone if i accept an 18 month contract - why would i do that when i accepted a 12 Month contact - he then tryed to get me to accept the 300 mix and match for 18 months at £20, again i said (and in fact about 10 times by now) that is not the contract i accepted on Wednesday and if they cannot honour the contract i accepted they can have the phone back and i will leave 3. He said i could send the phone back if i have not put the sim in it - explained that of course i have put the sim in it, i am talking to him on it and as i accepted a contract and received my new phone yesterday , i am now using it! His closing statement "honestly, Miss **** i really think u should take an 18 month contract"
Please help, i have left it that he will get someone in more seniority to contact me about this.

Mpazza, that is the only way to port your number from 3 to 3. I had to do this when my mobile was stolen in Iraq. In order not to have to buy a phone. I was bought out of the old contract and then given a new one. I ported the number to a virgin free payg sim. A month later I ported it back to my new 3 sim. Pretty straight forward to do and took about 1 month in total.0

I've heard nothing from them, was going to go with the Vodafone SIM offer with Quidco, but then decided to go straight for a contract with T-mobile. £25pm with a Nokia 6650 on Flext35 - so I can use my 'credit' to spend on Calls, Texts or Picture Messages (which is what I wanted) just a shame you have to pay for the voicemail which is rubbish.
But £25pm, minus quidco at £40, its basically a £20 contract and I have to pay £50 for the phonehehe
Gonna use my PAC code early next week to port the number across.Student Moneysaving Expert :beer:0
