OK we got a call from them Tonight! this is how it went, we asked for the pac code a week back so they knew we were going to go.

he said what can we do for you.

said I have been offered good stuff from orange!

at the mo on vvt700 they said that we don't you all the text so how about the 100txt for £15... I said no way, have been offered VVT700 for 18 months 17 free! Said they called last week and will now take it!

it went very quiet, he said that is a different department? we don't offer that? I will get them to call you! what is he on about?

is this bull? I asked him the name of the other department, he sales?


who and what do I ask for, and how long to wait before another call

its best to take a deal with retentions ...take a no sim deal..

Wat i done was got the 350 quid credit on my account ...near enought to 12 months free an that was for 500 mins 100 txt

then i gave them a call an went on the 750 150 deal for an extra fiver ....so im getting 750 mins 150 txt and a lot of extras for under 6 quid a month
