Hi Pinkkat

They will reply to you with standard response i imagine telling you that all claims are frozen til after the case, but this dosent stop you from writing with your breakdown of charges and askin for them back, you will need to ask them to put your complaint of charges onto record to be dealt with after the court case. I would send letter recorded delivery so that they have to sign for it then in couple of weeks just phone them to make sure your letter has been dealt with.

I'm going to go down to the court tomorrow and fingers crossed they won't grant a stay because my judgement pre dates the OFT case.

I feel your frustration, soooooooo annoying! Your the one were gunning for now (as well as others, of course) so we all wish you the best of luck, keep us posted.

Thanks for that Lou - initial letter has now been posted recorded delivery so will chase them up in 2 weeks as you say.... will keep you posted!

Thanks Trace. I've started a new thread asking for help...an envelope landed on the doormat with a thud this morning, a massive bundle of papers from DG Solicitors acting for HSBC stating that they are applying to have my case set aside until after the test case. I've written a letter to the court summarising my objections to this. I didn't think I'd say this, but it isn't about the money anymore!! I just have to beat them!!

GGGRRRRRRRrrrrrrr :mad: :mad: That's so wrong of the OFT to have these cases set aside. Hope somehow it goes your way, & the court rule to your favour.
