    Hi everyone

I am supposed to go to court on the 5th Sept, I am 80% through my court bundle preparation ready to post on Monday, and this morning I had the depressing letter from DG Solicitors saying they will be requesting a stay. What a pain.

Is it worth me carrying on working on the court bundle? I am struggling with the thing anyway and am feeling more and more out of my depth.

    Thanks everyone

Never give up, some things take so much time, its all part of getting you down and the other party hopeing you will have no will to fight anymore and just give up, SO THEY WIN ?
If you think you have a case to win and your solicitors think you have a case to win NEVER EVER GIVE UP !!!!!!!!!!!!! Life is a learning path, things are sent to try us, you never play to give up you always play to finish and to win. :T

    Hi there,

If you log onto internet banking, choose an account, then click on 'My Statements' you will be able to click on the month you require.
Once you've got all of this years, click on 'next set' and it will show the previous year and so on.

    Good luck!

 Can anyone tell me if it is legal to charge 25.00 every time you are over drawn? Can anyone tell me if these are legal charges as HSBC said in writng that I could have an over draft and confirmed the amount and that it was being prosessed, but never put it on and now refuse to let me have an overdraft? They have taken 150.00 without warning once again out of my bank account today. This is for 29th July up to today 20th August, not even a whole month. Also as they have now put me over drawn, legally can they charge for this as they normally do?

I am sick to death of HSBC getting rich quick out of me.
Any one that knows the legalities of this please get in touch as HSBC is constantly making my life a financial ruin

Same problem here. They're my arch enemy. The swines are currently charging me £25 for every £100 I go overdrawn by. I've lost count of how much they've swindled out of me over the last few months. Must be over £200 by now. You'd think they'd stop charging, so the unauthorised overdraft would fill back up quicker when I get paid. But no, this is alien logic to them, they really are very thick.

I've applied for an authorised overdraft over the phone but it was declined. I'm going into the branch today to ask for one in person. I'm planning puppy dog eyes, wobbley chins, the works. It's worth trying, they've helped me out at the branch in the past when they've previously refused over the phone.

Good luck Chie. I have found in the past too that the branch are (slightly) more sympathetic. At least you are talking to a person in the UK and not in a call centre in India! :rotfl:

Hope it goes well - but don't forget to add up those charges over the last 6 years and put in your claim, you never know you may just get it all back one day!:T

Thank you so much for this post!!

Thats so much help, thanks :j
